For guests who refresh their highlights every 6-12 weeks. This service provides PARTIAL blended brightness throughout the top of the head, neckline, and around the face, creating a natural radiant look.

A Signature Elegance by Emily service experience

For guests with blonde hair who desire warm copper and honey blonde ribbons alongside soft copper lowlights. This service creates a beautifully dimensional copper-blonde ombre/balayage.

**If you’re not currently blonde, it is recommended that you select “The Glow-Up Experience” to start your blonding journey while adding the copper tones in as well.

Service Experiences

Service experiences are offered in packages to ensure the best care for your hair. Most packages include a relaxing wash, customized haircut, and finishing style of choice. All blonding services include a toner application to perfect your shade.

Product Charge

You may see (+ product charge) listed next to most color & blonding services. This is added to the starting price of the service experience listed. I measure by the ounce of product used on your hair and charge a percentage of that. This means that someone with thin, fine hair doesn’t pay as much as someone with thick hair that uses much more product. I believe this approach ensures fairness and transparency when charging for color and chemical services.

To give an example of product charge cost, the average root retouch is usually $10-$15 and the average full head of highlights (including toner) is $65-$100. Product charge will not exceed $160

Additional Service Experiences

Appointment Policies

Booking Retainer Policy for Services $100+

To confirm and reserve your appointment for services $100 or more, a non-refundable booking retainer of 20% is required. The retainer is processed at the time of booking and is deducted from the final cost of your service. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the retainer is paid. This policy applies to both new and returning clients.

  • Invoice via Vagaro

Retainer Terms:

  • The retainer is non-refundable but will be applied to your final service total.

  • If you need to reschedule, your retainer will transfer to the new appointment.

  • If you cancel and do not reschedule, the retainer will not be refunded.

  • No-shows will forfeit the retainer and will require a new one to book a future appointment.

  • If you wish to pre-schedule your next appointment in the salon, a booking retainer is required if the service is above $100

Exceptions:
The retainer does not apply to services under $100, wedding services, or small add-ons. These have separate agreements.

If I need to reschedule, your retainer will remain valid and be applied to the new appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At Elegance by Emily, I value your time and strive to honor the same policies I ask of my guests. If I need to cancel due to weather, power outages, illness, family obligations, or unforeseen events with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will apply your booking retainer to your next appointment and offer an additional $10 off the same service. I'll also do my best to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after a service is completed. If you're unhappy with your service or experience, please reach out within 7 days so we can address any concerns or make adjustments. Communication is key, and I'm here to ensure you have the best possible experience! Thank you.

COVID-19 Policy

If you or anyone close to you (family, coworker, spouse) has been exposed to flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms, feeling ill, or tested positive within 2 weeks of your appointment, I kindly ask that you reschedule to allow time for quarantine and testing. You will not lose your booking retainer. I’m flexible with rescheduling and appreciate your understanding, as I’m also prioritizing the health and safety of myself and my family.

Masks are optional in my salon. If you prefer to wear one, disposable masks will be available.
